Ignore Member feature

You may have noticed the Ignore link under member's usernames in posts - it's for the (hopefully rare) occasions you need to ignore other forum members.

Clicking on the Ignore link allows you to hide the posts of the member concerned from your view (only your view).

You can remove an ignore on a member by deleting it from under Ignore List in Control Panel.

Instead of completely hiding a member's posts you can have a message displayed that the ignored member has posted in a thread.
To use it like that go into 'Edit Profile' in Control Panel and set 'Would you like the ignored members post to be replaced with a message saying they are ignored' to No.

I've added a thing where you have to confirm you really want to Ignore someone when you click the Ignore link. Should stop the accidental ignores that were happening.
