Oh ROB, what can I say. How do you do it? It was sooo funny. I could almost see the poor chap in casualty! It is absolutely brilliantly observed, and I loved the little details like the emails from Lorraine's target audience. Speak for yourself, woman. I don't fit into any of their categories, or do I?
