Default BB3 vs BB4 & tasks

What a complicated thread title, Blinkin!!

Anyway, I think that BB4 is much more watchable for another reason besides the diff. types of hM..... the tasks.

OH kept on saying, during BB3: 'Why don' they give them something to do...' and that was fair comment. In BB3, the HM were bored, bored bored.

In BB4 not only can they read but they can practise and work on the weekly tasks. It gives them common ground that is not just bitching. Even now as I type, they are talking about crotchets, metronomes etc. Bless..............

I agree blinkin. It's good to see the communal task back (even if they are a bit naff!) - it gives them something to discuss and work on AS A GROUP. This was sadly lacking last year.

I'm enjoying BB4 better than BB3 (although it isn't too difficult to be honest - I really disliked BB3) but I still think they are on their guard quite a bit. It will be interesting to see how things develop as more people leave the house and they'll be 'forced' to communicate a bit more with each other.

It's wonderful to have the tasks back. I missed them SO much last year but I have to disagree, Susieq. I think all the tasks have been brilliant.

I think Big Brother has been extremely inventive this year.

I think the reintroduction of the weekly tasks is one of the best things about BB4 - last year they must have been completely bored out of their minds.

I like the idea of the Saturday night mini task as well, breaks the week up between eviction and nominations.

I quite agree though Susie they are all very on their guard this year - so aware of the cameras etc.
