He's about as strategic as Dr. Will but as good at competitions as Janelle. And he's likable.
Thats your view I guess, I dont really see what he did strategically in the game, he made some terrible deals, the one with Ollie was just one of the worst descisions in bb history (after mercalus in bb3), thankfully from pressure from Kesha and Memphis he went back on his word.

Also during the veto meeting he did that stupid roulette thing, and I was reading youtube posts and they were saying best move in bb history.... im thinking its not that great.

Just my view I found him over-rated, or maybe Im baised as I had a gay crush on Memphis

Just about everything he did was strategy. In his diary room sessions he talked about why he did certain things. He took the calculated risk of throwing the veto contest week 2. He took on the America's player challenge and adjusted his strategy accordingly. His deal with Ollie was genius because he never intended to go through with all of it. His veto roulette stunt was designed to create confusion. He picked Michelle to go on the trip with him to get her vote. He consoled Keesha when she found out Memphis was going to vote her out. One thing you won't know from watching just the regular show was that Dan said goodnight to Jerry every night in the big brother house and that was the reason Jerry voted for him (watch the clip below). Just about everything this guy did was calculated to effect. And it's not like he slipped through the cracks like a June from season 4. He played the game from almost the very beginning. He's the only person in the final 2 to win on a unanimous vote and I think that speaks volumes. I don't get why you think memphis should have won. His strategy was basically to have a final 2 deal with everyone. Nothing really creative in that. When you take a strategy like that even if you make it to the end there's a huge chance that you will have pissed too many people off to win. This is one of those rare cases that, of the original 13, the best player won.
