Also if this photo was taken on the 25th of April, the deal would have only been signed for 20 days at that point so I doubt any noticable construction work would have taken place OP.

Actually the op stated that the "bb10 sofa area" had been knocked down suggesting he thought the pic was inside the BB compound.

And the original title of the thread also suggested it.
