I checked that urban dictionary, it also says something about being an arrogant pr!ck!!She wasn't angry or anything but she was only 22 and I'm a bit older than that...But I can see why she would think both meanings.

Surely you can tell by how she said it whether she wants to get jiggy with you or if she just thinks you're a prick?
