It shouldn't have been shown through, Sara.
The housemates know there are cameras in the toilets, but are assured that these are there purely as a security measure (to check housemates aren't secretly discussing nominations, trying to harm themselves, etc.) and not to film anything which will be broadcast on national TV.
To broadcast what they did tonight was appalling - and they should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.
