Yeah, I'm ok, comes with where I live lol

Having a cider to calm me down I actually had it in my hand from the pub. I might tell them about it actually cos the owner is like a hardman kinda guy and probs knows them

They didn't attack me, they almost did. But the guy stopped them. And it's probs cos I was a white guy walking alone in an asian area, simple as.

Wasn't around until 1993, but I've heard that it was far safer back then. I suppose there will always be people jumping on each other for no reason, but many people say it's grown significantly since then.

And I hear people say it's much safer today.

Different people say different things. Smart people don't believe it automatically. There is no real way of quantifying at which point in history the streets were safer.

The media likes to pretend they are more dangerous today because they have invented the chav subculture and handed it to the scumbags who were always there.

It's a bit like how they've invented the term 'binge drinking' and have applied it to what used to be just called 'drinking'. None of it's new.
