He is the one who comes up with the pact to have sex before the end of school in the first one and is Vicky's boyfriend. Can't remember him having anything important to do in the 2nd and 3rd

I liked his story in no. 2 about how he hadn't been with anyone since Vicky but she had. But yeah, he actually served no purpose in The Wedidng at all. He was just a background character who stared around and smiled lol
