Indeed, the other three are obviously know what they are talking about but Alesha isn't going to get technical, she can offer the celebs constructive advice and being a former winner they will feel relaxed when she talks instead of being too serious around the other judges.

As much as I liked Arlene, they were right to replace her with Alesha. It's better not having a panel full of octogenarians and she brings something different.
