Make your mind up - one minute you're saying she's not had time for surgery, then you're saying cosmetic surgery = injections.

She's had implants, fillers, botox and light facelift.

Probably a blephraplasty as well somewhere along the years too.

Fillers and other injections can be done in lunchbreaks. I was referring to Surgical operations that require hospital time and recovery periods.
