well Im being stupid too possibly but I think one of them has to give up their immunity to the winner of the task

The way I have read it is, there are three who have the golden swimsuit and the fourth one to win the suit has to take the suit off one of the three already having a suit.

So there will be four winners, however there is only three golden swimsuits and one of the three will lose their swimsuit to the fourth winner.
