Emma can never host the main show, just for the simple fact that she is biased, and cant help herself. She promotes the housemates that she likes, and shut down people who criticize the ones she dont. She cant stay impartial, which you have to be, if you host the main show.

I really can't see them replacing Brian, he's doing very well, especially the interviews.

Davina was biased and she hosted the main show so I don't see why Emma couldn't.
