I think he is allowing himself to be made an absolute fool of. It reminds me of Brian Belo, and all the stupid little things he agreed to do for them.
I know all the housemates will get treated like idiots on these shows, but that whole parking a bicycle in his arsehole thing was a new low, and just seemed very demeaning. I can't imagine Harry, Aaron, or even Rebeckah agreeing to something like that.
Mark is their new clown, and will probably get used again and again for any sketches that involve nudity, and a housemate being made an embarrassing idiot out of.
He agrees to it though, so it's his own fault if nobody can take him seriously in the future.

I liked him as a housemate though when he was just being chilled and chatting or giving advice.
