Aaron isn't actually talking to himself,he is thinking aloud,lots of people do it.
Also in the BB house you are never just talking to yourself anyway, you are talking to the cameras that are recording every move and word.
So in fact it really is likely not odd behaviour at all.If he was having a 2 way conversation with himself that would be a bit different but thinking aloud is all he's doing.
