Why would anyone want to sit on a bench and watch others rowing? BB knows they make up pointless rules up sometimes.

Isnt that what BB is about making the HMs dance to BBs tune? no point making up rules if you are not going to enforce them, may as well have no rules at all and let them do as they please...
