It's more of a "Queens" accent actually, in much the same tone as Fran Drescher, or even Janice from friends... Ohhhh Myyyy Gawwwwdddd!!!

I would LOVE to hear a Scottish person doing a Fran Drescher accent
There's nothing as fun as hearing people's impressions of various American accents.
