My point is that that doesn't constitute being a celeb these days.Heck you only have had to appear on bb to be described as one nowadays.

I agree with your post above, though that's not quite how you seemed to be putting it over on your OP - that sounded a wee bit like you were defending his right to be on the show because of the limited talent - and in his case, being devoid of talent / career entirely - because he has a well 'kent' face.

He has an interesting story, someone who I want to know more of, not just the stuff we are fed in the press. So I will defend his right to be in their for being someone in the news who's character I want to delve deeper into.

But as you said yourself - that does not make him a celebrity does it. It makes him known - not a celeb - therefore he should not be in CBB.

A well kent face is not the same as a celebrity. Most people understand the difference.

I agree with Pete Burns( I think it was him ) on bit on the side last night , how does it look to youngsters, he got kicked off of X factor for drugs, then straight into CBB as a celeb

And Pete was right. At least Pete had a career to enable him to be well known, have talent & be regarded as a celeb.
