Not as an everyday event, no. But, getting changed in front of your friends is usually no big deal.. and showing your friend a piercing is normal, so I guess if it's in the context of discussing implants or whatever, that's the same..

As Lily said, female friends don't 'show' each other their boobs on a regular basis , but most girls are comfortable changing in front of their mates and there is always going to be comparisions..isn't it the same for guys with the whole locker room thing?
