I think that has got more to do with the fact that Frankie and Kirk spend their entire time in the house talking about sex! It's not just with the twins, they talk about it with everyone. Sure they'll ask questions about the playboy mansion as after all, that (and ****ing some black dude) is what they're famous for!

It's like Frankie being offended, if someone talks about drugs.
