Viva Brother were this band who kept saying they were the best thing ever, and then flopped majorly. They also were called 'Brother' but got threatened with a lawsuit by some other band with the same name. It's sad really, they're the latest band that NME built up too much hype around and then were battered by them. NME have a nasty tendency to do that. They care too much about public opinion and what's 'cool'.
