Although I love to see Helen on tv I do see your point chilledbootz,at times she was a bit excited but I'm sure this is because she didn't make much of an impact the first time she was on.
I remember her being quite awkward at first on Lorraine so given time I'm sure she will get the balance right
I still thought that Alex was horrible to her though she looked quite hurt and it wasn't up to him to say something like that,I notice Kerry Mcfadden has calmed down since shes been on she at times has nearly lost it on that show so I'm sure Helen will settle into it
I think she should be proud of herself she did well
