I don't particularly like her, but I certainly would not condone that sort of behaviour, no matter what she is supposed to have done. It's aggressive and uncalled for.

Yes, but his behaviour is aggressive and can be deemed as threatening. It depends on the context in which it is meant. Someone can say to you they don't like you, but if they act aggressive whilst saying that, it could leave you feeling intimidated, which is not acceptable.
