Appreciated ... but I do agree it is too late now for a new HM to work well, and since I've signed up to do a film this month I would upset a few people by a surprise entry (and possibly emerge to a legal writ as well ...). I shall just be hoping I get a better run on BB next year.

It's going to be a Welsh-produced 1980s style horror film, with old fashioned techniques and as little CG as possible (The director loathes CG, and I concur ...). It will have to do well at the festivals to get a cinema release, but the director is certainly giving it his all, so I wouldn't want to let him down for anything short of a family emergency.

That was a fairly horrible day (10 hours cooped up in a tiny dressing room only to be sent home) and I was well gone by the time they marched me onto set, but you do look very familiar. I do hope things are going well for you. Are you a regular audience member on BBBOTS, or was that a notable occasion?

I recall that now, as it was quite a shock after all the booing we encountered on the way down the magic staircase that doesn't go anywhere ... I didn't think that was an especially sporting way for the crowd to greet two runners-up they knew virtually nothing about, but hey ho. Thanks for standing up for me from the pack.

I will certainly apply again next year, if the lovely Claire doesn't punch me out for my own good on the way to the auditions ... I still feel a tinge of regret, though, as this set of HMs inspire such strong feelings in me, by and large, I can't imagine another group doing the same. My would-be allies and my enemies have been very easy to choose ...
