I think it's great that Helen is still getting positive publicity like this - 'a glittering finale featuring celebrities such as boxer Joe Calzaghe and Big Brother's Helen Adams.'

Contrast that with the opposite, very negative, image that Narinder has got as a 'rent-a-celeb'.

Helen's definitely handled her public appearances much better, prefering to support a few select worthy causes rather than turn up to everything going in the desperate hope of getting her face in the papers 'a la Naz'.

Good for you, Helen.

Oh, and BusyBee - if you should visit your relatives in Newport on that day - be sure to have your super-duper camera with you . . . . . . photographic evidence would be much appreciated!!!
