She has not been supressed!!!... She argued with Arron...with Sara...she told Luke S his relationship was fake (albeit she had to own up to the accusation to his face and not by choice) she argued with shievonne etc...thats not someone being supressed.
Like I said now with the nastier characters gone she feels in control. With those spiteful characters in the house Deana looked like a saint....now with them gone she is now exposed...putting people down and taunting them. She even recognises he behaviour apologises and does it again....who does that remind you of...CAROLINE...the worst of the bunch...
