He does seem like he's trying to "fit in" and "be cool" though and you can tell he's not being his true self.

He makes a lot of rude and inappropriate comments to people that he's not even really close too, which is why Benjamin threw water in his face, and Ryan told him "keep licking up my crumbs". He pushes people to the edge, and thinks it's just a joke, he has no idea that the jokes he's making are really personal, and you can only make those kind of jokes with people that you have a really close relationship with.
