Last time I looked the British Legal system wasn't run by TV and Newspaper companies, trial by Tabloid /TV or any other Media format is still his word against their word.
His name and reputation well thats another story, they are effectively ruined, innocent or guilty, once the allegations start appearing coupled with the rest of the media circus it doesn't matter which. Mud sticks and Jimmy Saville will now join an elite group of Celeb Sex Molesters ie Jonathan King,Gary Glitter etc.....
