I was browsing through Ebay for wedding dresses (yes i'm that cheap!) and I saw quite a few "alternative" costumes!
Goth is really "in" right now apparently, and black is the new white!!!!!!! You'll be pleased to know, however, that I've gone for a simple, plain, off the shoulder ivory dress, and it's gorgeous! But I think my OH would have quite liked me dressed as Princess Leia!
