How on earth is injecting olive oil into your penis the same as getting breast implants? Though I will have you know I have no sympathy for those who have dodgy implants for cosmetic purposes and have to get them removed either.

If someone had filled their boobs with olive oil to make them bigger, and then had to have them off I would have said exactly the same thing

this man had no problems for five years,many women had implants with no problems for years,
any surgury carries a risk.
