It's only being released in Germany because their Eurovision single fared well in the German charts, just as a heads up. The German music market is pretty big so it's not a failure by any means, and it's got an official tie in with a German film so it should sell relatively well if they manage to promote it in Germany but as far as I'm aware there weren't any plans to release this in the UK.
