Celebrity Big Brother stars Rylan Clark and Claire ‘from Steps’ Richards are set to duet!


And according to Claire’s bandmate Ian ‘H’ Watkins, the wacky X Factor is also being lined up to support the group on their new reunion tour later this year.

H, a former Celebrity Big Brother housemate himself, tweeted after Rylan’s CBB win last Friday: “@RylanClark to support @OfficialSteps on our next tour !!!!!!!”

He then tweeted: “Ahhhh… heard off @_ClaireRichards ! She’s alive and well ! #WellDoneClara #CBB xx”

Meanwhile, Claire has said she would be “honoured” to sing with Rylan!

Speaking to us and other press after the final on Friday evening, Claire said: “Regardless of what anybody said about him on X Factor, he can sing and he is a good singer.

“I hope he gets the chance to prove to everybody what he really can do because I think people will be surprised, actually.

“Whether that includes me or not, I’d be honoured.”

It’s been a busy weekend for Rylan, who shot up to Manchester after the highs of Celebrity Big Brother on Friday for the first night of the live X Factor tour.

He tweeted in the evening: “Great start to the tour ! And all on 45 minutes sleep!!!! Missing my CBB family x”
