It started even before that, Jade got Booed in season 3. And that really annoying guy, i forget his name, mr. "compronde" got boo'ed too that season. Season 3 really started the "boo'ing" culture.

Adele was the first to be boo'd that series I think.

Also I'm sure Stuart BB2 was boo'd a bit.
