go to the bathroom and you use the last bit of tp do you change it? or do you leave it for the next person to change it.

yes I do, we normally have about 5 or 6 in a rack underneath the TP holder anyway so it's easy |

Yes, because we store them all in the bathroom.
If we've ran out and the new pack is still downstairs I'll leave it for the next person stranded because they didn't think to check they had paper before doing their business.
