I don't find it any stranger than him shooting himself in the face. Clearly he was suicidal at that point once he knew he was found out.

The only proof there is is a video that will be shown in the court case. There is no 100% proof that the public has right now for her to look at.

You take that photo as 100% proof? Really?

Looks to me like he still has hold of it and is just swinging it

Really want to see this video that the feds have that shows him actually placing the bomb. But that wont be available until after the case.

Edit. Actually that cant even be him leaving it. The affadavit says he stood around for a while after placing it..talked on his phone, and only actually left the bag AFTER the first explosion had gone off.

They did. Same as it was reported that the younger brother ran over the older brother during the first shootout.

I dont know if it has been police/witnesses getting the story wrong, or media speculation though.
