I've always thought one specific thread where all bickering and arguments are told to go (which is hidden to guests) and is unmoderated would be a good idea. Then you get strict on anyone that continues an argument outside of that thread after being warned.

That way if you love the drams, you can watch and participate. And if you don't, you don't have to see it.

People would probably end up getting over their differences in the end I reckon too. People would realise it's just a forum and it's all a bit petty. But it'd be fun initially.
