Does anyone else find it tacky that the doors and such go outside the confines of the eye? Makes it look cheap and slapped together.

I said that when I thought elliebrew's was the real one. It looks like a random collage rather than a professional eye. The actual one is no different.

The Phoebe gif is a common one, I didn't make any special effort.

But, no I don't think it's the biggest indicator. The BB6 eye was a two in one and that didn't have two houses.

I think it's just going along with the theme. An eye that you can't see, a secret and now they've unveiled it.

I'm going to throw it out there and say the light and dark eyes reflect two houses, one of which contains the lovers and family. If I say it out loud now, I won't cry on launch night when it happens.

unless we get two houses, the dark eye house evil, light one good. that could be cool. but if they don't use the dark eye and there is only one house i'll be gutted

I do much prefer the other eye, all this shows is that Channel 5 aren't commited to a big change, and still want to go down the tacky route.

UPDATE: What if this is just the press eye? It could just be for the papers to use, e.g The re-launch eye was different when it was on-screen.
