Goodness me it is almost a month since 'Boris's Bar' was open for business.
I can see that that 'Duchess' was not to be trusted as bar manager. I have been paying her a handsome sum and what have I had in return......

Now I need someone I can trust to take over full time as this 'recovery' business takes it out of a chap somewhat.
