Hmm. I doubt it's a greatest hits since she did Celebration in 2008/9. Maybe a remix of MDNA album? It's a bit soon to be a new studio album.

what's the project though? some type of charity?

I know they imprison lots of gay activists in Russia is it for that? is it for the the people imprisoned in Cuba and China that want democracy for their countries?
