They're being revealed to the house today anyway.

I think it might mean that the housemate they save will go in the garden and enjoy the pool with them and maybe spend the day getting luxury food and drink.

Edit - Or if the reveal is tonight then maybe the housemate is told to go to the diary room to enjoy a reward and are let into Dexter/Gina's safe house.
