No, since it has already aired. People that watch it on delay or on record have to take the necessary actions to avoid spoiling it for themselves. That includes not going on forums, news sites etc. However people can ask nicely for spoilers not to be discussed on that particular site or whatever, and hope that people oblige.

Spoilers are technically embargoed information, so after the ep has aired, the info is no longer embargoed and the spoiler is no longer a spoiler.
