What a load of tosh from Charlie, they are all just miffed that Dexter is not up for eviction. You can't tell me they hadn't wondered if there would be a final twist. At least Dexter tried to think logically about it. And Charlie should know BB always gives a choice, so Dexter could if past BBs are anything to go by, have been given the choice to take the money and run or refuse it and stay.
