You are merely speculating and Dexter
could not have known what the others were going to do. The twins did not choose the highest number available to them either. They then asked BB if they would keep the money
twice.
It would not take much brains to realise that BB would not leave the winner with £6K and it was not unreasonable to expect a twist. Dexter just had the luck of the draw.
