Default Ant & Dec in Australia for new ‘tougher’ I’m A Celebrity 2013

We cannot wait people! Ant and Dec are coming back and I’m A Celebrity is only weeks off returning to our screens. This week the telly duo have filmed a new promo for the ITV show – which will air this weekend – and it features the pals ‘arriving’ in the Australian outback and dropping some hints about the 2013 series.



Ant looks the part and looks ready for anything, as he dons his most rugged survival gear, however Dec is clearly expecting a rather more luxurious time and shows up in a rather suave suit and celebrity sun glasses.

“This year it’s going to be a lot tougher, we need to live and breathe the Outback.”

Dec gets a shock when instead of a stretch limo with champagne and snacks, he is greeted by a rusty old pickup truck, the driver of which asks for Ant and Dick.

He exclaims:

“I thought it was only supposed to be tougher for the celebrities,” says Dec.

“When in Rome, Declan, when in Rome,” replies Ant.

The surprises keep on rolling as the boys climb into the vehicle, to discover they are sharing with a hungry crocodile called Gerald.

The new promo is set to air on ITV1 on Sunday night, while the new series will kick off in a few weeks’ time.

tbf it has been for a few years, last year was saved with a decent line-up... Hugo and Rosemary, David Haye etc.

But it's the same repetitive thing every year now. Controversial camp-mate getting all the trials, somebody gagging on cock and arse..

I only watch it for the bush tucker trials tbh. It's not really something you watch for a fresh format any more, it's something you watch for the line-up.

Although it would be nice if they actually brought something new and creative to the show. The camp split needs to be scrapped for once. I just find it boring!
