To be honest Luke was in 3rd place then he should have been rightfully in the final, they have never had judges vote at Final 4.

Maybe not at final 4..but they have done it in the semi final before, when they ****ed over mary byrne to get cher into the final. I think there were 4 in the final that year though

Either way, there should NOT be a singoff in the semis, ever

I know it was Luke's third time in the bottom two but Rough Copy was on later than him for their eighth time this series, and you shouldn't even have a bottom two at the top 4 so the result was fair imo and I would say the same if the result went the other way.
