Nope, she's gone Hollywood/ luvvyish. Yet her popularity was founded on her (pretend) "I am just an ordinary girl" schtick. Remember her wearing DM boots on red carpet, pretending not to care about diets and fashion, remember when she wed her average jim husband #1 and had bangers n mash in a pub reception?

Her whole "I am just like you" helped to sell her as the girl next door in Hollywood. Then she turned into an unrelatable diva* and her girl next door schtick was taken by jennifer lawrence and carey mulligan.

So the NHS birth is a conspicuous PR stunt to regain favour with the "little people"

She can pretty much do no wrong in my eyes, i don't think she's ever pandered to the PR thing, she's very down to earth - you only have to watch when she won Best Actress at the Oscars to see she's not up her own arse.
