You seem to be forgetting that the image that was saved wasn't even of a member of this forum (not that it makes it right) but basically your argument becomes invalid when the member in question had been stealing those same photos for years to post on this forum in the first place.

Even though it was wrong of him to steal that girls photos, it was harmless as she had no idea. The way he was exposed was completely out of order and no one has any idea how much damage it might have caused.
