My new laptop has the Home Basic version, and it can be a pain. I had trouble working out how to use Windows explorer without loosing the file tree.
It has an anoying habit if you linger over an option of selecting that option. In order to make the "mouse" left handed I had to switch to classical view. It would have been nice to stay with XP, but new machines now do not give that option. Attached is a picture of my laptop with Vista running. I was also running Avast, my anti virus. I had to remove Norton as it is resource hungry and costs a packet to pay for subscriptions. |
