Dancing on Ice: Phillip Schofield teases "cruel twist" in final series

Phillip Schofield has hinted that the final series of Dancing on Ice will contain some twists to test the nerve of the skating celebrities.

The presenter took to Twitter today (January 3) to tease the "cruel" and "brutal" surprises that await the 14 returning competitors in this weekend's launch show.


The ninth series of the reality competition features an all-star cast of six former champions - including Beth Tweddle (2013), Suzanne Shaw (2008) and Ray Quinn (2009) - as well as popular contestants such as David Seaman, Gareth Gates, Jorgie Porter and Todd Carty.
