There are lots of conditions surrounding bankruptcy that would determine whether he could stand as a candidate. Even if he is able to stand, and if he wasn't a massive arsehole, and if he wasn't the mouthpiece for a bunch of barely educated, right-wing thugs... who would want their interests represented in Europe by a man who can't manage his own bank account?
